1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Link'd (linkd.club), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Link'd is a scheduling and calendar coordination platform designed for higher education institutions. Our service enables students, faculty, and staff to coordinate availability across calendar platforms (Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook) and book meetings.

3. User Accounts

To use Link'd, you must sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.

4. Calendar Access

Link'd requires access to your calendar data to function. By connecting your calendar, you authorize us to read your calendar events for the purpose of determining your availability. You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings or through your calendar provider's security settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Link'd for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

6. Intellectual Property

The Link'd service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Link'd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and calendar information.

7. Privacy

Your use of Link'd is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Link'd available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Link'd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link'd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or data loss.

10. Termination

You may stop using Link'd at any time by disconnecting your calendar and discontinuing use. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Link'd after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
